Regarding the impact of cancellations initiated by you: We absolutely understand that emergencies happen, which can lead to rare cases where you have no choice but to cancel. However, if you cancel more than 2 bookings per month, your account will be at risk of suspension and potential deactivation from the YoGov Concierge community.
You are not allowed to double-book or request to open an existing appointment to pick up a new booking that came in for the same day. Double-booking is accepting trips with overlapping times on the same day. If you double-book or request to open a booking for a different one on the same day more than 2 times per month, your account will also be at risk of suspension and potential deactivation.
Please only cancel appointments if you absolutely cannot fulfill your commitment, and do not pick up appointments unless you are certain that you can make the times and locations requested.
