If circumstances have changed and you no longer need your Line Waiting Concierge service or need to reschedule for another date, you can cancel by texting us at 650-480-3243 or emailing hello@helloskip.com.

Client-Initiated Cancellation/Reschedules:

  • If cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of scheduled pickup time: $50 fee

  • If cancelled or rescheduled day of service (after 12:01 am customer local time): Forfeit total cost of service already paid. You will be eligible for a 10% discount to rebook the service.

  • DMV Paperwork Issues: If you are unable to take utilize your appointment time because you are missing your DMV appointment paperwork or you got the date wrong, you’ll forfeit a refund, but you’ll get 10% off your rebooking. 

In the rare occurrence something happens with your Concierge, for example, they cannot make the appointment at the last minute, we will reschedule you for free. The same is true on the rare occurrence if something happens with the DMV, such as their computer system going down. 

All cancellations are reviewed by our team to determine if the Customer or the Concierge initiated the cancellation. If an error occurred because of the Concierge, you will not incur any charge for the cancellation, and we’ll be happy to get you set up with another Concierge to help you out!
