Your safety and our concierges' safety are our #1 priority! In the rare event that clients incur damage to the concierge's vehicle while you're behind the wheel, the damage will be the responsibility of the client. 

Our concierge will take photos of the damage and get an estimate, then we will follow up with the client to settle the payment and how to resolve it. Clients are fully responsible for damage caused to the vehicle when behind the wheel.
