Your safety and our client's safety is our #1 priority! In the rare event that clients incur damage to the concierge's vehicle while they're behind the wheel, the client is fully responsible.
As the concierge, you should take photos of the damage, get an estimate, then send it to us right away. We will follow up with the client to settle the payment and how to resolve it. Skip is not responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle, but we will help concierges and clients work toward a resolution in the rare event something does happen.
