Our app is only for Concierges who have passed their phone interview and have been approved and activated.
If you've already submitted the documents required to become a concierge - great work! That's the first step.
Next, if we are onboarding in your area and want to move forward with your application, we will reach out to you to schedule a phone interview to be considered as a Concierge. If we're not currently onboarding in your area, it may take up to a few weeks to receive a phone interview invite.
If after the phone interview, our onboarding team thinks you'd be a fit for our current needs, you will be approved and activated and we'll send you an email to let you know. Only once you're activated will you be able to sign up in the app.
