First off, thanks for your interest in joining the YoGov concierge community! If you've submitted your applicant and/or documents and haven't heard back from us yet, don't worry -- we've uploaded them and they're now in our system.

We are looking for the best of the best, and are highly selective in our onboarding. We approve new Concierges according to demand in the cities we serve and our eligibility criteria. This allows us to provide a great experience for both our Customers and our Concierges, and ensures that our approved Concierges can get enough work!

We receive hundreds of applications every day from around the country. Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to respond individually to each application or provide a timeline for when you can expect to be onboarded. But, if we find your application to be a good fit for the platform and we're actively onboarding in your city, we will reach out via email with next steps. Due to the nature of onboarding based on demand, this process may take up to a few weeks or months.

In the meantime, there is no need to follow up on your application. When there's a good fit, we will be in touch!
